Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ammonsapothecary@gmail.com or (334) 636-0744. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to process your claim. In such cases, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipping. Once the item has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
